本文選用(yong)的(de)(de)抗(kang)靜電(dian)(dian)(dian)劑(ji)TF-480是(shi)聚(ju)酯聚(ju)醚類聚(ju)合(he)物(wu)(wu)(wu),分子結(jie)構中(zhong)的(de)(de)對(dui)苯二甲酸乙二醇鏈段與(yu)滌(di)(di)綸(lun)大分子結(jie)構相(xiang)似,在高溫下,可(ke)進入聚(ju)酯的(de)(de)微軟化(hua)纖維表面而與(yu)聚(ju)酯大分子產生共結(jie)晶,固著(zhu)在滌(di)(di)綸(lun)上(shang)獲得耐久性:同(tong)時,其分子結(jie)構中(zhong)含(han)有(you)聚(ju)醚鏈部分,具有(you)吸濕性,可(ke)提高織物(wu)(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)含(han)濕量,增加導電(dian)(dian)(dian)性,加快靜電(dian)(dian)(dian)荷的(de)(de)逸散速(su)度,賦(fu)予(yu)織物(wu)(wu)(wu)一定(ding)的(de)(de)抗(kang)靜電(dian)(dian)(dian)能力,同(tong)時使織物(wu)(wu)(wu)具有(you)易(yi)去污性能[11]。本文采(cai)用(yong)該整(zheng)理(li)劑(ji)對(dui)滌(di)(di)綸(lun)、錦綸(lun)織物(wu)(wu)(wu)進行(xing)整(zheng)理(li),優化(hua)加工(gong)工(gong)藝,以提高織物(wu)(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)抗(kang)靜電(dian)(dian)(dian)性能。
1 實(shi)驗部分
1.1材料(liao)與儀器(qi)
染(ran)(ran)色(se)春亞紡(滌綸(lun))和染(ran)(ran)色(se)塔絲(si)絨(錦綸(lun))(吳江盛虹(hong)印(yin)染(ran)(ran)公司提供),抗靜電劑TF-480,三聚(ju)氰胺, MgCl2,純堿,洗(xi)衣粉(市售(shou))。
氣壓式軋車,小定型烘干機,YG342織物感應式靜電測試儀,U測色儀,家用洗衣機。
1.2 實驗(yan)工藝
1.2.1 工藝流程
一浸(jin)一軋(ya)(軋(ya)液率(lv)80%)→預烘(90~95℃×1min)→焙烘→皂洗(xi)→水洗(xi)→烘干→抗靜電(dian)織物。
1.2.2 皂(zao)洗(xi)條件
洗衣(yi)粉2 g/L,純(chun)堿2 g/L,40℃,5 min,浴比(bi) 1:30,然后在清水(shui)中(zhong)漂洗3次(ci)。為檢測(ce)整理(li)織物抗靜(jing)電的耐(nai)久(jiu)性,以上操作重復20次(ci),烘干(gan)后得到抗靜(jing)電織物。
1.2.3 織物(wu)抗靜電性(xing)測(ce)試
溫度(20±2)℃,相對濕度(35±2)%,平衡3h,測(ce)試靜電電壓和(he)半衰期。
1.2.4織(zhi)物K/S值測(ce)試
采用D65光源和10°視場(chang),測試織物K/S值。
2結果與討論(lun)
2.1 未經抗靜電劑(ji)整(zheng)理織(zhi)物(wu)的(de)性能
未經抗(kang)靜電(dian)(dian)劑(ji)整理織物的靜電(dian)(dian)性(xing)能和K/S值測試結果見表1。

由表1可知(zhi),未經整(zheng)理織物(wu)的靜(jing)電(dian)電(dian)壓和半衰期都(dou)很高,如直接(jie)服用會產生嚴重的靜(jing)電(dian)現象(xiang)。水洗(xi)(xi)后(hou)的K/S值低于(yu)水洗(xi)(xi)前的,主(zhu)要是因為織物(wu)褪色的緣(yuan)故。
2.2 抗靜電(dian)劑(ji)TF-480對(dui)織物抗靜電(dian)整理
采用(yong)單因素法,用(yong)抗靜(jing)電劑(ji)(ji)TF-480分別(bie)對(dui)染色春亞紡(fang)和(he)染色塔絲絨(rong)進(jin)行(xing)處理,測試(shi)其整理效(xiao)果,優化抗靜(jing)電劑(ji)(ji)質量濃度(du)、焙烘溫度(du)、處理時間和(he)交聯劑(ji)(ji)用(yong)量。
2.2.1抗靜電(dian)劑質(zhi)量濃度對抗靜電(dian)性能(neng)的影響
采用5種不同(tong)質量濃度的(de)TF-480對織物進行(xing)(xing)處理,經浸(jin)軋和180℃×30s整理后進行(xing)(xing)測試,結果(guo)見表(biao)2。

由表2可(ke)(ke)知,用抗(kang)靜(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)劑(ji)TF-480處(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)(li)的(de)織(zhi)物(wu)抗(kang)靜(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)效(xiao)果(guo)相當(dang)(dang)明顯。當(dang)(dang)用質(zhi)量濃度為(wei)30~40g/L的(de)抗(kang)靜(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)劑(ji)處(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)(li)滌綸織(zhi)物(wu)后(hou),靜(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)和半衰(shuai)期(qi)最低,故質(zhi)量濃度選(xuan)擇30g/L為(wei)宜。對整(zheng)理(li)(li)(li)前(qian)后(hou)滌綸織(zhi)物(wu)的(de)K/S值(zhi)進(jin)行比(bi)較(jiao)發現(xian),不(bu)管水(shui)洗前(qian)后(hou),整(zheng)理(li)(li)(li)后(hou)織(zhi)物(wu)的(de)K/S值(zhi)均(jun)增(zeng)加。對錦(jin)綸織(zhi)物(wu)而言,用質(zhi)量濃度為(wei)60g/L的(de)抗(kang)靜(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)劑(ji)處(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)(li)的(de)織(zhi)物(wu)其靜(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)和半衰(shuai)期(qi)最低,但考(kao)慮到成本問題(ti),經(jing)30g/L抗(kang)靜(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)劑(ji)處(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)(li)的(de)織(zhi)物(wu)靜(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)較(jiao)低,經(jing)40g/L抗(kang)靜(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)劑(ji)處(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)(li)的(de)織(zhi)物(wu)半衰(shuai)期(qi)較(jiao)低,所以質(zhi)量濃度可(ke)(ke)選(xuan)擇30~40g/L。對整(zheng)理(li)(li)(li)前(qian)后(hou)錦(jin)綸織(zhi)物(wu)的(de)K/S值(zhi)進(jin)行比(bi)較(jiao)發現(xian),不(bu)管水(shui)洗前(qian)后(hou),整(zheng)理(li)(li)(li)后(hou)織(zhi)物(wu)的(de)K/S值(zhi)均(jun)降(jiang)低,織(zhi)物(wu)表觀(guan)顏色深度下(xia)降(jiang),這可(ke)(ke)能是因為(wei)抗(kang)靜(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)劑(ji)的(de)加入影響(xiang)了染料的(de)發色。
2.2.2 焙烘溫度對織物抗靜電(dian)性能的影響
根據2.2.1測試情(qing)況,選擇抗靜(jing)(jing)電劑質(zhi)量濃度(du)為(wei)30g/L,焙(bei)(bei)(bei)烘(hong)時(shi)間為(wei)30s。測試焙(bei)(bei)(bei)烘(hong)溫(wen)度(du)對(dui)抗靜(jing)(jing)電為(wei)30g/L,焙(bei)(bei)(bei)烘(hong)時(shi)間為(wei)30s,測試焙(bei)(bei)(bei)烘(hong)溫(wen)度(du)對(dui)抗靜(jing)(jing)電性能的影(ying)響,結(jie)果見(jian)表(biao)3。
由表3可知,滌綸織(zhi)物(wu)經(jing)(jing)150~190 ℃焙(bei)烘后(hou),靜電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)峰值和半衰期均很小,考(kao)慮(lv)到(dao)焙(bei)烘溫(wen)(wen)度(du)是影(ying)響(xiang)整(zheng)理效(xiao)果的(de)一個重(zhong)要因素,溫(wen)(wen)度(du)過低,反(fan)應(ying)速率低,交(jiao)聯(lian)反(fan)應(ying)不(bu)完(wan)全,溫(wen)(wen)度(du)過高,手感變(bian)(bian)差(cha),織(zhi)物(wu)易受損,因此,焙(bei)烘溫(wen)(wen)度(du)選擇(ze)160~170℃為宜。就錦(jin)綸織(zhi)物(wu)而(er)言(yan),經(jing)(jing)180℃爐烘的(de)織(zhi)物(wu),其(qi)靜電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)最低,半衰期也較低,考(kao)慮(lv)到(dao)150~190℃圍內半衰期變(bian)(bian)化不(bu)大(da),所(suo)以焙(bei)烘溫(wen)(wen)度(du)以180℃為宜。

2.2.3焙烘時間對織(zhi)物(wu)抗靜電性能的影響
根據2.2.1、2.2.2小(xiao)節的(de)(de)測試情況(kuang),選(xuan)(xuan)擇質量濃度為30g/L的(de)(de)抗(kang)靜電劑,滌綸織物焙烘溫度選(xuan)(xuan)擇 170℃,錦(jin)綸織物焙烘溫度選(xuan)(xuan)擇180℃,測試不同(tong)焙烘時間對織物抗(kang)靜電性(xing)能的(de)(de)影響(xiang),實(shi)驗(yan)結(jie)果(guo)見表4。

由(you)表4可(ke)知,焙(bei)烘時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)對滌綸(lun)(lun)織物靜電(dian)電(dian)壓和(he)半衰期影響不大(da)。考慮到焙(bei)烘時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)過(guo)短,可(ke)能造成(cheng)反應不完全;時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)過(guo)長,手感變(bian)粗糙,綜合各(ge)因(yin)素選(xuan)擇30s為宜(yi)。就錦綸(lun)(lun)織物而(er)言(yan),當焙(bei)烘時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)為40s時(shi)(shi),靜電(dian)電(dian)壓和(he)半衰期最低,所(suo)以焙(bei)烘時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)以40s為宜(yi)。
通過對(dui)抗靜電劑濃(nong)度(du)(du)、焙烘溫(wen)度(du)(du)和時間的單因素實(shi)驗,得到(dao)整(zheng)理(li)滌綸(lun)織(zhi)物(wu)較合適的工藝(yi):整(zheng)理(li)劑質量(liang)濃(nong)度(du)(du)為(wei)30g/L,170℃×30s;整(zheng)理(li)錦綸(lun)織(zhi)物(wu)較合適的工藝(yi):整(zheng)理(li)劑質量(liang)濃(nong)度(du)(du)為(wei)30~40g/L,180℃×40s。
2.2.4 交聯(lian)劑質量濃度(du)對(dui)織物抗靜(jing)電性能(neng)的影響
以(yi)三聚氰胺為(wei)交聯劑(ji)、MgCl2為(wei)催化劑(ji),測試其對(dui)織(zhi)(zhi)物抗靜電性能的影(ying)響(xiang),實驗(yan)條件為(wei):抗靜電劑(ji)質量濃(nong)度30g/L,滌綸織(zhi)(zhi)物170℃×30s,錦綸織(zhi)(zhi)物 180℃×30 s,結(jie)果見表(biao)5。

由表(biao)5可知,對(dui)(dui)滌(di)綸(lun)(lun)織物來(lai)說,加入(ru)交(jiao)聯劑對(dui)(dui)降低(di)靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)峰值(zhi)和(he)半(ban)衰(shuai)期作用(yong)不大(da),因此,整理滌(di)綸(lun)(lun)織物時可不用(yong)交(jiao)聯劑。原(yuan)因可能(neng)(neng)是(shi)抗(kang)靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)劑TF-480能(neng)(neng)與(yu)滌(di)綸(lun)(lun)分子結合(he),交(jiao)聯劑的(de)加入(ru)不起作用(yong)。而對(dui)(dui)錦綸(lun)(lun)織物而言,當交(jiao)聯劑質量濃度(du)為6sL時,能(neng)(neng)降低(di)靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)峰值(zhi)和(he)半(ban)衰(shuai)期,抗(kang)靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)性(xing)最好,這可能(neng)(neng)是(shi)因為抗(kang)靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)劑TF-480通(tong)過交(jiao)聯劑與(yu)錦綸(lun)(lun)發生(sheng)結合(he),提高了抗(kang)靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)劑在錦綸(lun)(lun)上的(de)牢度(du),從而可增加其耐久性(xing)。
3 結(jie)論
1)抗靜電(dian)劑TF-480對滌綸和(he)錦(jin)綸織(zhi)物(wu)均有較(jiao)好的(de)抗靜電(dian)效果(guo),且(qie)耐久性良好。滌綸織(zhi)物(wu)的(de)整(zheng)理(li)(li)工(gong)藝(yi):整(zheng)理(li)(li)劑質量濃(nong)度為30g/L,170℃×30s;錦(jin)綸織(zhi)物(wu)的(de)整(zheng)理(li)(li)工(gong)藝(yi):整(zheng)理(li)(li)劑質量濃(nong)度為30~40g/L,交聯劑質量濃(nong)度為6 g/L,180℃×40s。
2)從分(fen)(fen)子結(jie)構分(fen)(fen)析,由(you)于抗(kang)(kang)(kang)(kang)靜(jing)電劑(ji)(ji)TF-480和滌綸(lun)分(fen)(fen)子的結(jie)構相似,故該抗(kang)(kang)(kang)(kang)靜(jing)電劑(ji)(ji)能與(yu)(yu)滌綸(lun)分(fen)(fen)子較好結(jie)合,在(zai)整理(li)中可(ke)不加交聯(lian)劑(ji)(ji):而錦綸(lun)為聚酰胺高分(fen)(fen)子化(hua)合物,與(yu)(yu)抗(kang)(kang)(kang)(kang)靜(jing)電劑(ji)(ji)TF-480結(jie)構有差異,抗(kang)(kang)(kang)(kang)靜(jing)電劑(ji)(ji)與(yu)(yu)錦綸(lun)纖(xian)維的結(jie)合力不強,為增加抗(kang)(kang)(kang)(kang)靜(jing)電劑(ji)(ji)牢度(du),提(ti)高抗(kang)(kang)(kang)(kang)靜(jing)電的耐久性,可(ke)加入交聯(lian)劑(ji)(ji)三(san)聚氰胺,并以MgCl2為催化(hua)劑(ji)(ji)。
