本文選用的(de)(de)(de)(de)抗(kang)靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)劑TF-480是聚酯聚醚(mi)(mi)類聚合物,分(fen)子結構中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)苯(ben)二(er)甲酸乙二(er)醇鏈(lian)段與滌綸(lun)大分(fen)子結構相似,在(zai)高(gao)溫下(xia),可進(jin)入聚酯的(de)(de)(de)(de)微軟化(hua)纖維表面而與聚酯大分(fen)子產生共(gong)結晶,固著(zhu)在(zai)滌綸(lun)上獲得耐久性:同時,其分(fen)子結構中(zhong)含有(you)聚醚(mi)(mi)鏈(lian)部分(fen),具有(you)吸(xi)濕性,可提高(gao)織(zhi)(zhi)物的(de)(de)(de)(de)含濕量,增加(jia)導電(dian)(dian)性,加(jia)快靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)荷的(de)(de)(de)(de)逸(yi)散速度,賦予織(zhi)(zhi)物一定的(de)(de)(de)(de)抗(kang)靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)能力,同時使織(zhi)(zhi)物具有(you)易去污性能[11]。本文采用該(gai)整理劑對(dui)滌綸(lun)、錦(jin)綸(lun)織(zhi)(zhi)物進(jin)行整理,優化(hua)加(jia)工(gong)工(gong)藝,以提高(gao)織(zhi)(zhi)物的(de)(de)(de)(de)抗(kang)靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)性能。
1 實(shi)驗部分
1.1材料與儀器
染色(se)春亞紡(fang)(滌(di)綸(lun))和染色(se)塔絲絨(錦綸(lun))(吳江(jiang)盛(sheng)虹印染公司(si)提供),抗靜電劑(ji)TF-480,三聚(ju)氰胺(an), MgCl2,純堿,洗(xi)衣粉(fen)(市(shi)售)。
氣壓(ya)式軋(ya)車,小定型烘干(gan)機(ji),YG342織物(wu)感(gan)應式靜電測試(shi)儀,U測色儀,家用洗衣機(ji)。
1.2 實驗工(gong)藝(yi)
1.2.1 工(gong)藝流程
一(yi)浸一(yi)軋(軋液率(lv)80%)→預烘(hong)(hong)(90~95℃×1min)→焙烘(hong)(hong)→皂洗(xi)→水洗(xi)→烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)→抗靜電織物(wu)。
1.2.2 皂洗(xi)條件(jian)
洗衣粉(fen)2 g/L,純堿(jian)2 g/L,40℃,5 min,浴比 1:30,然后在清(qing)水中漂洗3次(ci)。為檢(jian)測整理織(zhi)物(wu)抗靜(jing)電(dian)的耐久性,以上操(cao)作重復20次(ci),烘干后得到抗靜(jing)電(dian)織(zhi)物(wu)。
1.2.3 織物抗靜電性測試
溫度(20±2)℃,相對濕度(35±2)%,平衡3h,測試靜電電壓(ya)和半衰期。
1.2.4織(zhi)物K/S值(zhi)測試
采用D65光源和(he)10°視(shi)場(chang),測試(shi)織物K/S值。
2結果(guo)與(yu)討論
2.1 未經抗靜電劑整理織物的性能
未(wei)經抗靜(jing)電(dian)劑整(zheng)理織(zhi)物的靜(jing)電(dian)性能(neng)和K/S值(zhi)測試結果見(jian)表1。

由表1可知,未經整理織(zhi)物的靜電電壓和半(ban)衰(shuai)期(qi)都(dou)很高,如直接(jie)服(fu)用(yong)會產生嚴重的靜電現象。水洗(xi)后(hou)的K/S值(zhi)低于水洗(xi)前的,主要是因為織(zhi)物褪色的緣(yuan)故。
2.2 抗靜電劑TF-480對(dui)織物抗靜電整理
采(cai)用(yong)單因素法,用(yong)抗(kang)(kang)靜(jing)電劑TF-480分(fen)別對染色(se)春亞(ya)紡和(he)染色(se)塔絲絨進行處理,測試其整(zheng)理效果,優化抗(kang)(kang)靜(jing)電劑質量(liang)濃度、焙烘溫度、處理時間和(he)交聯劑用(yong)量(liang)。
2.2.1抗靜電劑質(zhi)量濃(nong)度(du)對(dui)抗靜電性能的影響
采用5種不同質(zhi)量濃度的TF-480對織物進行處理,經浸軋和180℃×30s整理后進行測試,結果見表(biao)2。

由表(biao)2可(ke)知,用抗(kang)靜(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)劑TF-480處(chu)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)的(de)(de)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)抗(kang)靜(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)效果相當明(ming)顯(xian)。當用質量(liang)(liang)濃(nong)度(du)(du)為30~40g/L的(de)(de)抗(kang)靜(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)劑處(chu)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)滌綸織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)后(hou)(hou)(hou)(hou),靜(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)和(he)半衰(shuai)期最低,故(gu)質量(liang)(liang)濃(nong)度(du)(du)選擇30g/L為宜。對整(zheng)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)前后(hou)(hou)(hou)(hou)滌綸織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)K/S值(zhi)(zhi)進(jin)行比較發現,不管水洗(xi)前后(hou)(hou)(hou)(hou),整(zheng)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)后(hou)(hou)(hou)(hou)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)K/S值(zhi)(zhi)均增加。對錦綸織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)而言,用質量(liang)(liang)濃(nong)度(du)(du)為60g/L的(de)(de)抗(kang)靜(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)劑處(chu)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)的(de)(de)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)其靜(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)和(he)半衰(shuai)期最低,但考慮到成本問題(ti),經(jing)30g/L抗(kang)靜(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)劑處(chu)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)的(de)(de)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)靜(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)較低,經(jing)40g/L抗(kang)靜(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)劑處(chu)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)的(de)(de)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)半衰(shuai)期較低,所以質量(liang)(liang)濃(nong)度(du)(du)可(ke)選擇30~40g/L。對整(zheng)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)前后(hou)(hou)(hou)(hou)錦綸織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)K/S值(zhi)(zhi)進(jin)行比較發現,不管水洗(xi)前后(hou)(hou)(hou)(hou),整(zheng)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)后(hou)(hou)(hou)(hou)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)K/S值(zhi)(zhi)均降低,織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)表(biao)觀顏色深(shen)度(du)(du)下降,這可(ke)能是因為抗(kang)靜(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)劑的(de)(de)加入(ru)影(ying)響了染(ran)料的(de)(de)發色。
2.2.2 焙烘溫度對織物(wu)抗靜(jing)電(dian)性能的影響
根據2.2.1測試情況(kuang),選擇抗靜(jing)電劑質量濃度為(wei)(wei)30g/L,焙(bei)烘(hong)(hong)時間為(wei)(wei)30s。測試焙(bei)烘(hong)(hong)溫度對抗靜(jing)電為(wei)(wei)30g/L,焙(bei)烘(hong)(hong)時間為(wei)(wei)30s,測試焙(bei)烘(hong)(hong)溫度對抗靜(jing)電性能的(de)影響,結果見(jian)表3。
由表3可知(zhi),滌綸織(zhi)物經(jing)150~190 ℃焙(bei)烘(hong)(hong)后(hou),靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)壓峰值(zhi)和半衰(shuai)期均很小,考慮到(dao)焙(bei)烘(hong)(hong)溫度是影(ying)響整理效(xiao)果的一個(ge)重要因素(su),溫度過(guo)低,反(fan)應速(su)率低,交聯反(fan)應不(bu)完全,溫度過(guo)高,手(shou)感變差(cha),織(zhi)物易受損,因此,焙(bei)烘(hong)(hong)溫度選擇160~170℃為宜。就錦綸織(zhi)物而言,經(jing)180℃爐烘(hong)(hong)的織(zhi)物,其靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)壓最低,半衰(shuai)期也較低,考慮到(dao)150~190℃圍內半衰(shuai)期變化(hua)不(bu)大,所以(yi)焙(bei)烘(hong)(hong)溫度以(yi)180℃為宜。

2.2.3焙(bei)烘(hong)時間對織(zhi)物抗靜電性能的影響
根據2.2.1、2.2.2小節的測試情況,選擇(ze)質量濃度(du)為30g/L的抗靜電劑,滌綸織(zhi)物(wu)(wu)焙烘(hong)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)選擇(ze) 170℃,錦綸織(zhi)物(wu)(wu)焙烘(hong)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)選擇(ze)180℃,測試不(bu)同焙烘(hong)時間對織(zhi)物(wu)(wu)抗靜電性能的影響,實驗結果(guo)見表4。

由表(biao)4可(ke)知,焙(bei)烘(hong)(hong)時(shi)間(jian)對滌綸織物靜電(dian)電(dian)壓(ya)和半衰(shuai)期(qi)影響不(bu)(bu)大(da)。考慮(lv)到(dao)焙(bei)烘(hong)(hong)時(shi)間(jian)過(guo)短,可(ke)能造成反應不(bu)(bu)完全;時(shi)間(jian)過(guo)長(chang),手感(gan)變粗糙,綜合各因(yin)素選擇30s為宜。就錦綸織物而言,當(dang)焙(bei)烘(hong)(hong)時(shi)間(jian)為40s時(shi),靜電(dian)電(dian)壓(ya)和半衰(shuai)期(qi)最低,所以焙(bei)烘(hong)(hong)時(shi)間(jian)以40s為宜。
通過對抗(kang)靜(jing)電劑濃度、焙(bei)烘溫(wen)度和時間的單因素實驗,得到整(zheng)理(li)滌綸織物較(jiao)(jiao)合(he)適的工藝(yi)(yi):整(zheng)理(li)劑質量(liang)濃度為30g/L,170℃×30s;整(zheng)理(li)錦綸織物較(jiao)(jiao)合(he)適的工藝(yi)(yi):整(zheng)理(li)劑質量(liang)濃度為30~40g/L,180℃×40s。
2.2.4 交(jiao)聯劑質量濃(nong)度對(dui)織物抗靜電性能的影響
以三聚氰胺為交聯劑(ji)、MgCl2為催化劑(ji),測試其對織(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)抗靜電(dian)性能(neng)的影響,實(shi)驗條件為:抗靜電(dian)劑(ji)質(zhi)量濃(nong)度30g/L,滌(di)綸織(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)170℃×30s,錦綸織(zhi)(zhi)物(wu) 180℃×30 s,結果(guo)見表5。

由表5可(ke)(ke)(ke)知,對(dui)滌(di)綸(lun)(lun)織物(wu)來說,加入交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)聯(lian)劑(ji)對(dui)降低靜(jing)(jing)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)峰值(zhi)和(he)半衰期作用不大,因此,整(zheng)理滌(di)綸(lun)(lun)織物(wu)時(shi)可(ke)(ke)(ke)不用交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)聯(lian)劑(ji)。原(yuan)因可(ke)(ke)(ke)能(neng)是抗靜(jing)(jing)電(dian)(dian)劑(ji)TF-480能(neng)與滌(di)綸(lun)(lun)分子(zi)結合,交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)聯(lian)劑(ji)的加入不起作用。而對(dui)錦(jin)(jin)綸(lun)(lun)織物(wu)而言,當(dang)交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)聯(lian)劑(ji)質(zhi)量(liang)濃(nong)度(du)為6sL時(shi),能(neng)降低靜(jing)(jing)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)峰值(zhi)和(he)半衰期,抗靜(jing)(jing)電(dian)(dian)性最好,這可(ke)(ke)(ke)能(neng)是因為抗靜(jing)(jing)電(dian)(dian)劑(ji)TF-480通過交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)聯(lian)劑(ji)與錦(jin)(jin)綸(lun)(lun)發生結合,提高了(le)抗靜(jing)(jing)電(dian)(dian)劑(ji)在錦(jin)(jin)綸(lun)(lun)上的牢度(du),從而可(ke)(ke)(ke)增(zeng)加其耐久性。
3 結論
1)抗靜電劑(ji)(ji)TF-480對滌綸(lun)(lun)和錦(jin)綸(lun)(lun)織(zhi)物均(jun)有較好的抗靜電效果,且耐久性(xing)良好。滌綸(lun)(lun)織(zhi)物的整(zheng)理工(gong)藝:整(zheng)理劑(ji)(ji)質量濃度(du)為(wei)30g/L,170℃×30s;錦(jin)綸(lun)(lun)織(zhi)物的整(zheng)理工(gong)藝:整(zheng)理劑(ji)(ji)質量濃度(du)為(wei)30~40g/L,交聯劑(ji)(ji)質量濃度(du)為(wei)6 g/L,180℃×40s。
2)從分(fen)子(zi)結(jie)構(gou)分(fen)析(xi),由于(yu)抗(kang)(kang)靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)劑(ji)(ji)TF-480和滌(di)綸分(fen)子(zi)的(de)結(jie)構(gou)相似(si),故該抗(kang)(kang)靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)劑(ji)(ji)能與(yu)滌(di)綸分(fen)子(zi)較好(hao)結(jie)合,在整理中可不加交聯(lian)劑(ji)(ji):而錦綸為(wei)聚(ju)(ju)酰胺高(gao)分(fen)子(zi)化合物(wu),與(yu)抗(kang)(kang)靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)劑(ji)(ji)TF-480結(jie)構(gou)有差異(yi),抗(kang)(kang)靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)劑(ji)(ji)與(yu)錦綸纖維的(de)結(jie)合力不強,為(wei)增加抗(kang)(kang)靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)劑(ji)(ji)牢(lao)度(du),提(ti)高(gao)抗(kang)(kang)靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)耐久性(xing),可加入交聯(lian)劑(ji)(ji)三聚(ju)(ju)氰(qing)胺,并以MgCl2為(wei)催化劑(ji)(ji)。
