本文選用的(de)(de)抗(kang)(kang)靜(jing)(jing)電(dian)劑TF-480是(shi)聚酯聚醚類聚合物(wu),分(fen)(fen)(fen)子結構中(zhong)的(de)(de)對(dui)苯二甲酸乙二醇鏈(lian)段與(yu)滌綸大(da)分(fen)(fen)(fen)子結構相似,在(zai)高溫(wen)下,可進入(ru)聚酯的(de)(de)微軟(ruan)化纖維表面而與(yu)聚酯大(da)分(fen)(fen)(fen)子產生共(gong)結晶,固著在(zai)滌綸上(shang)獲得耐久性:同(tong)時(shi),其分(fen)(fen)(fen)子結構中(zhong)含(han)有(you)聚醚鏈(lian)部分(fen)(fen)(fen),具(ju)有(you)吸(xi)濕性,可提高織(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)的(de)(de)含(han)濕量,增(zeng)加導電(dian)性,加快靜(jing)(jing)電(dian)荷的(de)(de)逸散(san)速度,賦予織(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)一定的(de)(de)抗(kang)(kang)靜(jing)(jing)電(dian)能(neng)(neng)力,同(tong)時(shi)使織(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)具(ju)有(you)易(yi)去污性能(neng)(neng)[11]。本文采用該整理(li)劑對(dui)滌綸、錦(jin)綸織(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)進行整理(li),優化加工工藝,以提高織(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)的(de)(de)抗(kang)(kang)靜(jing)(jing)電(dian)性能(neng)(neng)。
1 實驗部分
1.1材料與儀器
染色(se)春亞紡(滌綸)和染色(se)塔絲絨(錦綸)(吳江盛虹印(yin)染公(gong)司提供(gong)),抗(kang)靜電劑(ji)TF-480,三(san)聚氰胺, MgCl2,純堿,洗衣粉(市售)。
氣壓式軋車(che),小定(ding)型烘干機,YG342織物(wu)感應式靜電測試(shi)儀,U測色儀,家(jia)用洗(xi)衣機。
1.2 實驗工藝
1.2.1 工藝(yi)流程
一浸(jin)一軋(ya)(軋(ya)液率80%)→預烘(hong)(90~95℃×1min)→焙烘(hong)→皂洗→水(shui)洗→烘(hong)干→抗靜(jing)電織物。
1.2.2 皂洗(xi)條件
洗衣粉2 g/L,純堿2 g/L,40℃,5 min,浴比 1:30,然后在清水中漂(piao)洗3次(ci)(ci)。為檢測整(zheng)理織物抗靜(jing)電(dian)的耐久(jiu)性(xing),以上操作重復20次(ci)(ci),烘(hong)干(gan)后得(de)到抗靜(jing)電(dian)織物。
1.2.3 織物抗(kang)靜電性測(ce)試
溫度(20±2)℃,相對濕度(35±2)%,平(ping)衡3h,測試靜電(dian)電(dian)壓和(he)半衰期。
1.2.4織物K/S值(zhi)測試
采用D65光源(yuan)和10°視場,測試織(zhi)物K/S值。
2結果與討論
2.1 未經抗靜電劑(ji)整理織物(wu)的性能
未(wei)經(jing)抗靜電劑整理(li)織物的靜電性(xing)能和K/S值(zhi)測試結(jie)果見表(biao)1。

由表1可知,未(wei)經(jing)整理(li)織(zhi)物的(de)靜電(dian)電(dian)壓和半衰期(qi)都很(hen)高,如直接服用會產生(sheng)嚴重(zhong)的(de)靜電(dian)現象。水洗后(hou)的(de)K/S值低于水洗前(qian)的(de),主(zhu)要(yao)是因為織(zhi)物褪(tun)色的(de)緣故。
2.2 抗(kang)靜(jing)電劑TF-480對織物抗(kang)靜(jing)電整理
采用(yong)(yong)(yong)單因(yin)素法,用(yong)(yong)(yong)抗靜電劑(ji)TF-480分(fen)別對(dui)染色(se)春(chun)亞紡和染色(se)塔絲絨(rong)進(jin)行處理,測(ce)試其整理效果,優化抗靜電劑(ji)質(zhi)量濃度、焙烘溫度、處理時間(jian)和交聯劑(ji)用(yong)(yong)(yong)量。
2.2.1抗(kang)靜(jing)電(dian)劑質量濃度對抗(kang)靜(jing)電(dian)性(xing)能的影響(xiang)
采用(yong)5種不同質(zhi)量濃度的TF-480對織物進行(xing)(xing)處理(li),經浸軋和180℃×30s整(zheng)理(li)后進行(xing)(xing)測試,結果見(jian)表(biao)2。

由表2可(ke)知,用抗(kang)(kang)靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)劑(ji)(ji)TF-480處理的(de)織(zhi)(zhi)物抗(kang)(kang)靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)效果相當明顯。當用質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)濃度(du)為(wei)30~40g/L的(de)抗(kang)(kang)靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)劑(ji)(ji)處理滌(di)綸(lun)織(zhi)(zhi)物后,靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)和(he)半(ban)衰(shuai)(shuai)(shuai)期(qi)最(zui)低(di),故(gu)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)濃度(du)選擇30g/L為(wei)宜。對整理前(qian)后滌(di)綸(lun)織(zhi)(zhi)物的(de)K/S值進行(xing)(xing)比(bi)較(jiao)發(fa)(fa)現(xian)(xian),不(bu)管(guan)水洗(xi)前(qian)后,整理后織(zhi)(zhi)物的(de)K/S值均增加。對錦(jin)(jin)綸(lun)織(zhi)(zhi)物而言,用質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)濃度(du)為(wei)60g/L的(de)抗(kang)(kang)靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)劑(ji)(ji)處理的(de)織(zhi)(zhi)物其靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)和(he)半(ban)衰(shuai)(shuai)(shuai)期(qi)最(zui)低(di),但考(kao)慮到成本問題,經30g/L抗(kang)(kang)靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)劑(ji)(ji)處理的(de)織(zhi)(zhi)物靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)較(jiao)低(di),經40g/L抗(kang)(kang)靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)劑(ji)(ji)處理的(de)織(zhi)(zhi)物半(ban)衰(shuai)(shuai)(shuai)期(qi)較(jiao)低(di),所以(yi)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)濃度(du)可(ke)選擇30~40g/L。對整理前(qian)后錦(jin)(jin)綸(lun)織(zhi)(zhi)物的(de)K/S值進行(xing)(xing)比(bi)較(jiao)發(fa)(fa)現(xian)(xian),不(bu)管(guan)水洗(xi)前(qian)后,整理后織(zhi)(zhi)物的(de)K/S值均降低(di),織(zhi)(zhi)物表觀顏(yan)色深度(du)下降,這(zhe)可(ke)能是因為(wei)抗(kang)(kang)靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)劑(ji)(ji)的(de)加入影(ying)響了染料的(de)發(fa)(fa)色。
2.2.2 焙烘溫度對織物抗靜電(dian)性能(neng)的影響
根(gen)據(ju)2.2.1測試情況,選擇(ze)抗靜電劑質(zhi)量濃(nong)度(du)為(wei)30g/L,焙(bei)烘時間為(wei)30s。測試焙(bei)烘溫度(du)對抗靜電為(wei)30g/L,焙(bei)烘時間為(wei)30s,測試焙(bei)烘溫度(du)對抗靜電性(xing)能的(de)影響,結(jie)果見(jian)表3。
由表3可知,滌綸織(zhi)物經(jing)150~190 ℃焙烘后,靜電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)峰值和(he)半(ban)衰期均很小(xiao),考(kao)慮(lv)到焙烘溫(wen)度(du)是影響整理效果(guo)的一個重要因素,溫(wen)度(du)過低,反應速率低,交聯反應不(bu)完全,溫(wen)度(du)過高,手感(gan)變差,織(zhi)物易受損,因此,焙烘溫(wen)度(du)選擇160~170℃為(wei)宜。就錦綸織(zhi)物而言,經(jing)180℃爐(lu)烘的織(zhi)物,其靜電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)最低,半(ban)衰期也較低,考(kao)慮(lv)到150~190℃圍內半(ban)衰期變化不(bu)大,所以焙烘溫(wen)度(du)以180℃為(wei)宜。

2.2.3焙烘時間對(dui)織物抗靜(jing)電性(xing)能的影(ying)響
根據2.2.1、2.2.2小節的測試情(qing)況,選(xuan)擇質量濃(nong)度(du)為30g/L的抗靜電(dian)(dian)劑(ji),滌(di)綸織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)焙(bei)烘(hong)(hong)溫度(du)選(xuan)擇 170℃,錦綸織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)焙(bei)烘(hong)(hong)溫度(du)選(xuan)擇180℃,測試不同焙(bei)烘(hong)(hong)時(shi)間對織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)抗靜電(dian)(dian)性能的影響,實驗(yan)結果見(jian)表4。

由表4可知,焙(bei)(bei)烘(hong)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)對(dui)滌綸織(zhi)物靜電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)和(he)半衰期(qi)影響不大。考慮到焙(bei)(bei)烘(hong)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)過短,可能造成反應不完全;時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)過長,手感變粗糙,綜合(he)各因素選擇(ze)30s為宜。就(jiu)錦綸織(zhi)物而言,當焙(bei)(bei)烘(hong)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)為40s時(shi)(shi),靜電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)和(he)半衰期(qi)最低,所以焙(bei)(bei)烘(hong)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)以40s為宜。
通過對抗靜電劑(ji)濃(nong)度、焙(bei)烘溫度和時(shi)間的(de)單因素實驗,得到(dao)整(zheng)理(li)滌(di)綸織(zhi)物較合適的(de)工藝:整(zheng)理(li)劑(ji)質(zhi)量(liang)濃(nong)度為30g/L,170℃×30s;整(zheng)理(li)錦綸織(zhi)物較合適的(de)工藝:整(zheng)理(li)劑(ji)質(zhi)量(liang)濃(nong)度為30~40g/L,180℃×40s。
2.2.4 交聯劑質量濃度對織物抗靜電性(xing)能的影響(xiang)
以三聚氰胺為交聯(lian)劑(ji)、MgCl2為催化(hua)劑(ji),測(ce)試其對(dui)織物(wu)(wu)(wu)抗靜(jing)電(dian)性能的影響,實驗條件為:抗靜(jing)電(dian)劑(ji)質量濃度30g/L,滌綸織物(wu)(wu)(wu)170℃×30s,錦綸織物(wu)(wu)(wu) 180℃×30 s,結果見(jian)表5。

由表(biao)5可(ke)(ke)(ke)知,對滌綸(lun)(lun)(lun)織(zhi)物(wu)(wu)來說,加(jia)入交聯劑(ji)(ji)(ji)對降低(di)靜(jing)(jing)電(dian)電(dian)壓(ya)峰(feng)值和半(ban)衰(shuai)期作用不(bu)大,因(yin)此,整理滌綸(lun)(lun)(lun)織(zhi)物(wu)(wu)時可(ke)(ke)(ke)不(bu)用交聯劑(ji)(ji)(ji)。原因(yin)可(ke)(ke)(ke)能(neng)是抗(kang)靜(jing)(jing)電(dian)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)TF-480能(neng)與(yu)滌綸(lun)(lun)(lun)分子結合(he),交聯劑(ji)(ji)(ji)的加(jia)入不(bu)起作用。而(er)對錦綸(lun)(lun)(lun)織(zhi)物(wu)(wu)而(er)言,當交聯劑(ji)(ji)(ji)質量濃(nong)度為6sL時,能(neng)降低(di)靜(jing)(jing)電(dian)電(dian)壓(ya)峰(feng)值和半(ban)衰(shuai)期,抗(kang)靜(jing)(jing)電(dian)性(xing)最(zui)好,這(zhe)可(ke)(ke)(ke)能(neng)是因(yin)為抗(kang)靜(jing)(jing)電(dian)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)TF-480通過交聯劑(ji)(ji)(ji)與(yu)錦綸(lun)(lun)(lun)發生(sheng)結合(he),提高了抗(kang)靜(jing)(jing)電(dian)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)在錦綸(lun)(lun)(lun)上(shang)的牢度,從而(er)可(ke)(ke)(ke)增加(jia)其耐久(jiu)性(xing)。
3 結論
1)抗靜電(dian)劑TF-480對滌(di)綸和錦綸織物(wu)(wu)均(jun)有較(jiao)好的(de)抗靜電(dian)效果,且耐(nai)久性良(liang)好。滌(di)綸織物(wu)(wu)的(de)整理(li)工(gong)藝(yi):整理(li)劑質(zhi)量(liang)濃(nong)度為30g/L,170℃×30s;錦綸織物(wu)(wu)的(de)整理(li)工(gong)藝(yi):整理(li)劑質(zhi)量(liang)濃(nong)度為30~40g/L,交聯劑質(zhi)量(liang)濃(nong)度為6 g/L,180℃×40s。
2)從(cong)分(fen)(fen)(fen)子結構(gou)分(fen)(fen)(fen)析,由于抗靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)劑(ji)(ji)TF-480和(he)滌(di)(di)綸(lun)分(fen)(fen)(fen)子的結構(gou)相似,故該(gai)抗靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)劑(ji)(ji)能與(yu)滌(di)(di)綸(lun)分(fen)(fen)(fen)子較好結合,在整理中可不加(jia)交(jiao)聯劑(ji)(ji):而錦綸(lun)為(wei)聚酰胺高分(fen)(fen)(fen)子化合物,與(yu)抗靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)劑(ji)(ji)TF-480結構(gou)有差異(yi),抗靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)劑(ji)(ji)與(yu)錦綸(lun)纖維(wei)的結合力不強(qiang),為(wei)增加(jia)抗靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)劑(ji)(ji)牢度(du),提高抗靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)的耐久(jiu)性,可加(jia)入交(jiao)聯劑(ji)(ji)三聚氰胺,并(bing)以MgCl2為(wei)催化劑(ji)(ji)。
